Experience contributing and assisting on real estate appraisal and appraisal review assignments for varied urban and rural properties in Oklahoma. Assignment types are small to large properties, single to multiple parcel projects, simple to complex; regarding properties that include commercial, industrial, office, residential, special purpose, vacant land, etc. For acquisitions, asset management, charitable contributions, court litigation, easements, eminent domain, fiber optic lines, infrastructure projects, market studies, pipelines, right of ways, sales, surplus property dispositions, and UASFLA Yellow Book.
Independent appraisal experience includes analysis and valuation of residential, multi-family, and vacant land properties.
Joined John Story Company LLC in 2019, which is a family company started by John Story Sr., and John “Jack” Story Jr. in 1945, and continued to this day by John Story III.
Founded Fyler & Story Company LLC with Theresa Fyler (née Story) in 2021, an appraisal and consulting business.
